Co Enzyme Q10 also known as CoQ10, Q10, and the technical name Ubiquinone, meaning present everywhere.

CoQ10 is a natural substance found within every cell in the body, this energy producing cell is called the mitochondria. The mitochondria provide the level of energy required to drive muscles and the metabolism, in older individuals these naturally produced levels are much lower.
