All of the above Vitamins are essential for humans which means they cannot be made in the body and have to be provided either in the diet or taken as a supplement. Each of the B vitamins has a unique structure and a specific function which will be described futher in the section for each individual vitamin.

If you wish to take a supplement that contains all the essential B vitamins we recommend you try a B Complex that will have the correct proportions of each vitamin as required by the human body.

If you are currently taking any prescribed medication or have any medical conditions please consult your doctor or consultant, to seek advice before taking any vitamins or supplements.
