What is Pantothenic Acid?

Pantothenic Acid is a member of the Vitamin B family, found within dairy, eggs, grains, soy products, nuts, meat, fish and vegetables. This water soluble vitamin also known as Vitamin B5 promotes a healthy central nervous system, by assisting the communication between the brain and nervous system.

The supplement helps to keep the metabolism working efficiently by aiding the breakdown of food, producing energy and distributing it around the body. Vitamin B5 cannot be stored by the body so it is essential that foods containing it or a supplement is taken every day.
